The 26th China International Financial Exhibition was held in the Beijing Exhibition Hall from August 23 to 26. Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC), as a member of the Organizing Committee, exhibited at the “China International Financial Services Exhibition” area. The ADBC booth was established with the theme of “To Serve Agricultural Needs and Poverty Elimination, ADBC on the Way”, and displays the achievements of the bank in supporting “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” as well as poverty elimination through policy-oriented financial services. At the same time, artworks of ADBC employees, such as photographs, paintings, poems and calligraphies, are also displayed at the exhibition, which has showcased the corporate culture of ADBC as well as the humanistic spirits of ADBC employees. The booth adopts multi-dimensional natural space design, and uses wheat ears, waterwheels, and knife coins to show the bank’s commitment to agricultural finance. It offers the audience a good experience by various display forms such as text, pictures, touch screens and floor screen interaction.

In recent years, ADBC has resolutely implemented the tasks of strengthening weak links designated by the state, earnestly performed its functions as a policy bank, continuously enhanced its support for “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, vigorously promoted the development of the real economy, and plays a leading role in the implementation of the rural vitalization strategy. The bank fully promotes national food security and supports industrialized grain operation. The bank also fully serves poverty elimination and focuses on “no worries about food and clothing and guarantees on compulsory education, basic healthcare and affordable housing” of the registered poor households, and intensifies its support for places in deep poverty including “three districts and three prefectures”. The bank makes its utmost efforts in boosting agricultural modernization and prosperity of the rural industries by provision of both funds and technologies, as well as exploration of new products, models and mechanisms. The bank is also committed to improving rural living environment, advancing rural eco-environmental management and comprehensive management of soil erosion, as well as coordinating urban-rural development. Furthermore, the bank also actively contributes to the implementation of the “Belt and Road” Initiative, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, and the construction of the Yangzi River Economic Belt. ADBC offers preferential policies and resources and works closely with local governments to ensure the smooth implementation of major projects.
