On 30th July, Mr. Zhang Wencai, Vice President of ADBC, met with Mr. Martin Raiser, World Bank’s Country Director for China and Mongolia, Director for Korea and Chief of Mission in China, in ADBC Head Office.

They exchanged information on World Bank’s main business in China and key business of ADBC, as well as both sides’ respective experience and good practices in supporting food safety, ecological conservation of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River Basins, marine debris management and coordinated regional development，and others.

They also had an in-depth exchange of views on potential collaboration opportunities.

Heads of Departments of Infrastructure, Innovation and International were present.
