On August 16, Executive Vice President Zhang Wencai met with Zhao Yingmin, Vice Minister of Ecology and Environment. Mr. Zhang gave a brief introduction to ADBC’s practices and experiences in developing green finance, issuing green bonds as well as supporting the country’s goal of ecological civilization construction and green development. The two sides exchanged views in depth on the support of agricultural policy finance in ecological environmental protection and construction as well as participation in green finance and tackling of climate change.

Heads of International Department, Credit Management Department and Institute of Rural Finance and Development  were present at the meeting.
